What does the day consist of?

A normal day will consist of a 9.30am start, (there is the option of an early drop-off for the working parent.) Warm-up games include lots of fun non-sport specific, multi-skilled based games. These will include Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ), helping the youngsters develop the bio-mechanic of the body and how we move. Each day there is a technical session which concentrates on a specific skill i.e. heading, shooting, volleys, chipping, swerving the ball etc. The technical sessions are always fun and the youngsters love to practice their new skills during their free time around breaks. The afternoon session comprises of fun, tournament matches. This also gives youngsters the opportunity to try out officiating matches as well as trying out their newly developed skill-of-the-day.

What time does the camp finish?

The day ends when at 3.30pm we hand your youngster back to you. Undoubtedly exhausted, ha ha!
