Div. 1 & Div. 2 League Winners clean up Open Trophy

Another great night at the First Touch Soccer Soccer 5-a-side Indoor League at Farnham Sports Centre on Wednesday saw eight teams battling it out in two groups of four to see who would pick up the 7th Open Trophy Event. With the added spice of Sigma and Real Ridgeway making guest appearances, this again was a tournament difficult to predict on who was going to take the honours. FTSL League - Week 5

After again taking a comfortable early lead, Passed It Thistle were left disappointed in not taking anything from last Wednesday’s match against Touch of Class. 2-0 up within five minutes, they then proceeded to let that lead diminish by the half-time period as they were behind 3-2. Although it was nip and tuck throughout the second half, Class managed to stay ahead to take all three points, winning 7-6. Dave, Rich and Steve netting the goals for Thistle.
